The airport is excellent but the long stay parking needs one improvement. A couple of years ago I mentioned this but nothing has happened. When leaving your car there are bus stops scattered around the area but the only way to get a bus is to use the telephone provided at each stop. Nobody has given any thought to what will happen if someone cannot use the phone. Both my wife and I are severely hearing impaired and cannot use the phone so we end up searching for spaces near the exit so that there isn't too far to take the luggage. The problem needs sorting out.
