Once at the meet and greet handing the car over was easy and picking up on return was just as efficient and the staff both days were pleasant and helpful. The only downside was once on to the Air Port roads following the overhead signs it was difficult to find the office . Poor signage and the fact that I was not expecting to go through a gated entrance taking a ticket as I went caused a bit of confusion as I drove past the car park before realising I had to go into it. Another set of passengers did exactly what I did and we commented to each other how easily we had lost our way. Clearer written instructions would have helped. Simple enough now I know where to go but it was quiet when I arrived it would have been a lot more difficult if there had been more traffic at a busier time of day. I will be using the service again.
