Leaving Newcastle was very efficient and quick. Unfortunately on arriving home we had to wait for nearly an hour to get through passport control. It would have helped if all the desks had been manned. The luggage carousels had stopped and all our cases were heaped up and difficult to extract, not easy at nearly 77 years old and not in good health. I know you are going to say that work is being carried out but that is no excuse.
