We had booked long stay on airport parking. When we arrived around 6.30am there were No parking spaces available, drove around for 10 mins looking for a space. Tried to call the number provided but only available during working week office hours - not much use at 6.30am on a Sunday morning.
Finally found a space to squeeze into as the car next along was over the line. No idea what we would have done if we had not found this.
This is totally unacceptable and caused a 20 min delay in us getting to check in. You should not be accepting bookings if you cannot guarantee there will be a space to park.
Now I can see why in the week previous you were offering me a chance to upgrade to the short stay parking. This is not a solution as then there will be insuffient space for short term travellers. I have to say this is the first time we have had this problem but will make me think twice about booking the long stay in future
