We have used the long stay carpark at Newcastle Airport on several occasions and found it to be very acceptable. The buses run frequently to pick up/drop off passengers and as long as you remember the number of your bus stop and the area it's in you should have no problems at all. Friendly drivers on board the buses too. It's the cheapest way we've found to park the car while we're away somewhere.
