Not a bad service but there needs to be a bus for collecting people and another dropping people off.Both times we used the bus and what a nightmare getting our cases off with people getting on the bus and standing at the front of the bus it was hard work struggling with 2 small children and 4 cases with people using this service to depart Ncl aswell as arrive back to Ncl ...couldnt fault our bus driver he couldnt help us enough and agreed with us
