It is small and has many memories from my childhood when BKS operated Airspeed Ambassadors which I experienced a flight to London on one once, will always remember the oil leak on the side of the engine cowling whilst in flight assumed it must be normal. The present day staff are friendly and a welcome Greggs after arrival... The long wait at Passports was the only event that was not at all satisfactory, which is of course is beyond your control.
