Staff were helpful and friendly. Very quick & easy, on departure and arrival, parked car, handed in key, was given a ticket to use on our return. On return handed over ticket car was already there and we drove out of the airport. Only negative comment was the signs at Newcastle Airport are quite confusing when you approach the Meet & Greet car park..
