Pretty straight forward in and out with the pre-booking process. Although think the car park could do with a bit more signage for those who don't want to stand around waiting on a bus. I did come back to some damage to the roof of my car, but thankfully it isn't enough to pick up a fuss, and this is the only time it has happened after using the car park several times. Will most definately be using again as well.
