the Meet and Greet experience was slightly spoilt by 2 things, on arrival vehicles had been left preventing access to the only available parking places, when this was brought to the person manning the office i was greeted with a poor attitude expecting me to squeeze my car through a very small gap, he eventually came and moved some cones to allow access. also i had booked and paid for valeting but was told this service was finished for the year, this would have been a minor inconvenience if not being flatly told it was my problem to claim the money back.
again these were minor complaints which only spoilt a good experience
