I had booked the premium valet service for £40.00 and on my return the car had not been valeted, it was a late flight back and I was using my car early the next day for a family occasion and wanted it to be spotless, unfortunately I had no time to do myself hence why I wanted it valeted.
The only saving grace as I was refunded the full amount but to be honest I would have paid double just so it was done!!
Very disappointed and will think twice about using this service again
