Wish I could give a higher rating, but my wife an I were not impressed by the attitude of the driver of the courtesy bus!
He alone gave a very poor impression on arriving back in the early hours. Perhaps drivers should be reminded that they are there to provide a service to fee paying members of the public, shouting at and making older passengers lift their cases up onto the higher racks when they clearly were struggling was a poor advert for you long stay car park.
