I use the long-stay car park several times a year and find everything about it very good. The only problem I have is that after booking the long stay I have been offered the chance to upgrade to the short stay for a small fee. Every time I take this option the ticket machine fails to recognise my ticket on exit. I then have to have my booking reference on hand to speak to the control room via the intercom so that I can get out. I don’t really mind this but the control room staff always seem off hand as if somehow I have done something wrong. All I am doing wrong is keeping them in a job!
