Having booked online several times the entry / exit system works well. However the availability of parking spaces could be improved by having staff on site directing incoming traffic to areas where there is obviously space. The information boards on entry suggest space is available in some areas but leads to drivers looking in frustration for spaces which do not seem to exist. On a recent visit one of the courtesy bus drivers had to stop his bus and take control of directing cats to available space.
