overall the experience is good but one suggestion i could make would be to improve the bus service to get people too and from the Terminal, every time ive used the long stay the bus drivers seem to take pleasure in pulling away as you hurry towards the the bus stop.
its not like its busy and people could miss flights, i feel they do it on purpose and its very annoying
