Everything went well until we came to exit the barrier wouldn't lift and the screen said we owed £103, pressed the button and spoke to a lady who said the reg plate wasn't recognised. Had to dig out the confirmation number and wait appx 3 mins with a big queue behind me then I was told the barrier would be lifted , no explanation , no apology , it left a bad impression.
