I use this parking every time I go on holiday from newcastle. Entry is good and finding a place to park is okay. I Always pre pay but this time the exit barrier told me I needed to pay more. The gentleman in the office took a while to sort it and the barrier lifted. It was awful weather and being stuck at the barrier with cars behind was not very pleasant.
However having related this incident I would still use it again as the location of the park is very convenient. I just hope it works properly next time.
