The access and egress were trouble free and straightforward but the shuttle bus on return was a joke. Waited about 15 minutes so assume only one bus was operating and then everyone was packed in like sardines. At each stop about 10 people had to get off to allow those at the rear to get off with their cases and then get back on again. Poor service
