Usually very good but due to building works we were directed to long stay when we had booked short stay and even though there were disabled spaces available (and I am a blue badge holder) we couldn't get access to it and was told we would get a refund for the difference in price we have received nothing yet. But as the service is usually very good we have already booked for our next stay and things may have improved by then,
