We were very dissapointed when we arrived back at Newcastle Airport as we had to wait for about twenty minutes for a bus to take us back to our car, even though we buzzed three times and were told each time there was a bus on its way. We have used the airport times quite a few times before but have never waited more than a couple of minutes for a bus so we were quite upset by our wait this time
