Service through security and passport control is very efficient as well as baggage collection as we returned late at night with a baby. We parked on short term 2 which was a short walk however we needed a trolley so you need trolley bays in the car parks. Also one of the large was a little raised and our cases fell off the trolley so easier access to walk with big luggage and trolley is needed. Overall really pleased.
