Normally I would give the airport a 5 as it is always fabulous especially security. On this occasion the airport was totally stretched to capacity. Well done to all the staff as they managed but I could see it was a struggle. The poor girls in boots had a queue out the door, never seen it like that ever, I don't know how they are expected to work in those conditions
