Entry to car parks fine, plenty of spaces and shuttle bus cane and collected us promptly. However, on return from holiday, shuttle bus took around 15 mins to arrived. Took so long to arrive that there were loads more passengers than the bus could carry. Then as if by magic, a second bus arrived. Why are they not more evenly distributed? I appreciate that things happen which can have knock-on consequences but it would have been nice if there was some kind of information display showing eta’s or problems. In reality, I could have walked quicker but in typical English style, it was raining. Would use again as there isn’t much alternative but was a little disappointed this time.
