on returning on 26th I find I have incurred a parking fine of £100.for parking in
a disabled section of the car park. I am contesting the fine as I see it
Arrive previous week 5.30 am very dark , confused first time using the long
stay parking. On returning the following day I find a small notice roughly
9" by8" up an 8 foot pole parking for disabled only.at 75 and a little confused.
I am not a happy bunny.
