Just recently used the long stay car park and for the second holiday within 3 months, exactly the same happened when our ticket wasn't accepted on departure and a message came up that we owed over £118 despite prebooking. Other cars were having the same issue. Please get this sorted. I would suggest everybody pre booking makes sure they take a copy of their booking with them
