we returned from Kos---my wife had fractured her arm---we had special assistance booked---there were 5 special assists on our flight---in wheelchairs--Kos handled all 5---well---we get to Newcastle --theres one member of staff---to handle all 5---they had the same information as Kos about numbers---not good enough---date 19/06/2019
