Car parking barrier stopped me from exiting the car park although I had prepaid - said I had to pay £111.00 to exit. I required assistance from staff member on the desk - did not find him particularly helpful.
Queues at passport control were very long and slow moving - not what you want when you arrive late at night. Seemed quite wasteful to have 2 officers just sitting at their booth whilst passengers were struggling with automated
