Booked - approximately 2 weeks before departure. From instructions was told the gates would open by vehicle number plate -this did not happen and we had to take ticket - on coming out in the early hours of the morning - freezing and frosty there was queue of people who were not able to get out and needing to attend the office - this also happened to me - lucky I had my information on phone off booking - when presented to the office they took information and authorised the card - the man behind the desk never spoke one word to me in acknowledgement / or apology - very very poor customer service and very bad mannered
