Easy to find car park and park, although very busy and limited (skinny) spaces. Unclear signage regarding courtesy coach to terminal so we just walked, luckily it was dry. So many bus stops but no clear indication of how you catch the coach and no-one to ask. Problem on departure. After inserting ticket, barrier would not open and machine requested payment of over £60 for parking despite having prepaid. Several cars queued at barrier, it was dark (around 7pm) and my husband had to go into the office and provide details for barrier to be opened. Disappointed.
