Booked short stay 2, on arrival I was told it was full! I was re-directed to park in short stay 1. However on returning after my holiday I put my ticket in the exit barrier only to be presented with a £200+ bill. Had to call for assistance and eventually was let out. This didn't need to happen if my reg had been detected efficiently.
