We used the meet and greet option. Outward journey we parked the car a few feet from the reception and registed the arrival of the car promptly and easily. However on the return journey, we expected the same short walk from reception to the car but it was not that close and it was throwing it down. This would not have proved too much of a problem had my wife not been disabled and doesn't walk quickly. Consequently, we got wet through and we weren't as far away as we could have been. Access should be allocated to dedicated disabled places within the meet and greet parking area. We will probably park in the disabled area directly in front of the departure entrance as the meet and greet service doesn't have cover over this part so in both cases you are open to the weather but its far shorter to get to your car when you return
