Used the short stay park for the first time. Very convienient a fifty yard walk from the terminal
However the exit machine did not recognise my ticket and I was sent back to a pay machine which tried to charge a very large amount for a one week stay
On contacting the help desk and giving the car registration nember the computer had no record of my booking. A booking reference number finally got us out of the park
So if you have a problem make sure that you have both booking reference and car number to sort out a problem
