On my return I inserted the ticket into the machine and was shocked to be asked to pay over £97 for a service already paid for.
I contacted the office via the intercom and had to visit the office with my parking confirmation reference.
I was then able to return to my car,insert the ticket again and exit the car park.
I hope the service will be better next time
