The service provided on our return from Tenerife early morning was dreadful. Firstly the collection from the terminal to car park J,the driver was very unpleasant and miserable, with no acknowledgement to customers on location and stops. Secondly, on collection of car to the barrier which failed to open by flagging up a fee of £144.00 after already paying in advance. The receptionist was most unpleasant and requested prove of payment as her computer had no record of payment.i will certainly not use this arrangement in future but will revert to the Meet and Greet car park adjoining the terminal in June 2015.
