I have used this service numerous times with no problems at all. However, the last time we used it it was terrible. After waiting 25 minutes for a bus it drove straight past us. We walked to the last bus stop as the stops before ours were filling up again. 40 minutes had passed now and another bus was doing a tour - we didn't hold out much hope of getting on this bus as the there were quite a lot of people at the other stops. But they must have seen sense at last and put another bus on - which should have been done 30 minutes ago! - this bus skipped the other stops and picked us up. If this had been the first time I had used this service I would definitely not be using it again.
