Having had excellent service in the past, can only say this visit was an extreme disappointment. After a long transatlantic flight the last thing we needed was a hold up at the barrier and to be told we had to see cashier instead of driving straight out as expected. We were obviously not the only ones having problems as there was a long queue, with people having to leave their cars and go to the cashier On going to the cashier, I was told I'd input my reg incorrectly, the camera was reading a W, I showed my confirmation which clearly showed the correct number. We were given our ticket to get out but what a hassle and bother. I strongly suggest if your camera is unable to read number plates correctly you get a new one.
