I have used the meet and greet car parking facility on three seperate occasions. On my last two visits my car suffered some small dents in two of the doors. Having filled out a form in the office I received an email denying all culpability for this damage. I will be using the service again as I have very little choice of an alternative.
It is a friendly and useful service, I just wish that my car had not been damaged as a result of using it.
