I ordered a scanner from New Egg, and it came with a voucher for a 12-month Adobe Acrobat Pro membership, which did not expire according New Egg. However, when I attempted to use the voucher, I was informed that the voucher had, in fact, expired. When I requested New Egg re-issue a new voucher ($179.00 value), the New Egg representative was both rude and unhelpful. They treat their customers horribly, and I will not be doing any business with them in the future. It’s their loss.
