Despite the consistently high quality of New Era caps, my experience with their customer service was very disappointing. I ordered three caps and returned two of them. However, I was informed that only one cap had been received. Even after multiple follow-ups and explaining that I had specifically returned the sizes that didn’t fit, they continued to insist that only one cap had been returned. No proof was provided. Since the issue couldn’t be resolved through customer service, I eventually contacted consumer protection. It’s very unfortunate that a possible internal error is being placed on the customer—and that I’m expected to bear the cost.
The products are great, but the customer service needs significant improvement.
