Despite the consistently high quality of New Era caps, my experience with their customer service was very disappointing. I ordered three caps and returned two of them. However, I was informed that only one cap had been received. Even after multiple follow-ups and explaining that I had specifically returned the sizes that didn’t fit, they continued to insist that only one cap had been returned. No proof was provided. Since the issue couldn’t be resolved through customer service, I eventually contacted consumer protection. It’s very unfortunate that a possible internal error is being placed on the customer—and that I’m expected to bear the cost. The products are great, but the customer service needs significant improvement.

Absolutely rubbish. Took 28 days to get a refund. DONT USE !!!!!

do not buy anything from this company - you cant return anything as their customer service web form and chat doesnt work, their phone line cuts out and the USA team just palm you off to a uk team that seems to not exist....

i had one diamond series cap of them that i really loved. so i ordered 4 new ones on the official website neweracap.eu, they all came in different size although model was the same. it's 1 cm longer on each side so it looks weird, and the materials quality is much lower.

Website doesn’t advise that the return postage is international, so instead of UK postage costing £3/4 it’s £9! Most large companies don’t charge return postage at all, wasn’t happy when I knew I had to pay as the hat was poor who wants a hat that sticks out at the back? It’s a terrible design. But £9 to send it back? Maybe try advising on your website that returns are not within the UK. So I’m now £9 out of pocket for absolutely nothing. Never going to order again, not worth the risk. Terrible company, terrible customer service when we’ve had to deal with them.

A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. When after almost a week the item is supposed to arrive they tell you that it was sold out. Then offer you a free delivery code for express delivery even though i already dont have to pay delivery anyway. Like they think i would care about it if it comes in 2-3 days or 5 days like it usually does with Economy delivery. And then they just tell you out of nowhere that you used innapropiate language and dont respond anymore. GOOD COMPANY - BAD WORKERS atleast in the CUSTOME SERVICE department. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO AIDA AND MAIDA. Bonus: 1st ever order went missing but that`s not exactly theyr problem. Another order appearently was also sold out but never recieved any notice. After like 2 weeks started to wonder what is going on and then noticed that they had refunded it via Paypal. Oh and stop sending me ads about caps that i can`t buy in my region.

They always deliver promptly and my baseball caps are always in perfect condition when they arrive.

Great choice of caps at very reasonable prices improved even more by the multi-buy discount. Have shopped here many times and no doubt will again, at these prices it'd be rude not to.
