Initially we had looked at the larger chain stores for my husband's wedding ring, one sized him wrongly and had no stock in the ring he liked and another sent the wrong size. So we risked a non-familiar small business, Newman Bands and we couldn't be happier! Firstly they had the exact brushed titanium band he wanted which looked exactly the same quality, colour and size as the one from the larger stores only it was 50% cheaper. We order the wrong size (3 times!) Due to being sized wrongly in store and Newman Bands were amazing! They actually responded to emails within a day, a real person, not an automated respknse and processes orders rapidly so each time the new ring arrived within 2-3 days!!
