Ordered two rings from Newman as I couldn't decide which one I preferred. They arrived very quickly and securely packaged. Both rings appear to be excellent quality but we're too large (my fault entirely). Quick email to Clare at Newman and I was able to send them back, with two (slightly smaller) replacements despatched.
I received the replacements two days after my initial email, and both new rings are outstanding. Absolutely couldn't be happier with the quality and service from Clare@Newmanbands, in plenty of time for my upcoming wedding.
