I strongly urge you to avoid this broker at all costs, as they simply take your money and smile. I invested 350,000 AUD with them, but when I tried to withdraw my funds, I couldn't access them. After numerous emails went unanswered, they finally apologized for their issues and asked for an additional 15,000 AUD to process my withdrawal, which seemed unreasonable. Feeling frustrated and deceived, I took action and reported them to Spectrum-Crest. They investigated and confirmed that the broker was a scam. With their help, I was able to recover my initial investment and some profit, as well as receive valuable advice on avoiding similar scams in the future.
