I am going to tell you about a recent experience with this company. First of all let me say initially I thought they were quite helpful even though what they sent me was either missing parts or not in the colour I ordered. They responded and sorted the issue out. Recently I bought 2 Voopoo products, the first I bought with a discount code they emailed me, the 2nd with another discount code they sent me after I bought the first one. I bought 1 as a present and paid for additional postage to get next day delivery. The products turned up were in a rainbow casing, the wrong colour, far too girly for a man to use and it was even stranger as they dont even show the rainbow case ones on their website. As you do I contacted them explained the problem and the rush i was in as one was a present and I needed it for the weekend. They use DPD couriers, they do a service when they can deliver and collect at the same time, they refused to even acknowledge my suggestion, so i carried on asking and eventually they responded by sending me a return slip but refused to even answer my suggestion. Since then I thought the only way I could get the present on time was to actually purchase another one, i asked them for a discount code as the one they sent me I used for the 2nd purchase could no longer be used but i felt very strongly that I shouldn't pay more for a 3rd which would cost more than I paid for the first 2. I emailed countless times and did not even get a reply, nothing at all. Since then I have asked for a contact number to discuss the problem and of course no response and i have also asked for the directors email address so that I may email him/her and yet again no response. The company seem to have shut me out completely now, i have returned the wrong colour product and let's see how quickly they send the right one out. My advise is only use the company if you are not in a hurry to get your item and if you are prepared to have a little aggravation, eventually you should get what you want, my fear is the busier they get the the less good customer service will be offered, its a shame as I was singing their praises at first and was recommending them to friends and family, not anymore.
