I ordered a bouquet from New York Blooms for my best friend’s birthday, and while the flowers were lovely, the delivery was delayed by two days. The roses were fresh and smelled amazing, but by the time they arrived, the surprise factor was lost. I contacted customer service, and while they were polite, they couldn’t offer much beyond an apology. The packaging was nice, and the bouquet itself was well put together, but the timing issue was frustrating. I might give them another try, but only if they improve their delivery service.
