Ordered Tulip Bouquet to be shipped to my lady. Was given roses. My girl hates roses and now hates me. Won’t be refunded or new flowers sent because “our policy gives us the right to switch out flowers as we see fit without notice.” Thanks New York Blooms!

They never delivered on the date we scheduled. Even though they have the option to select the date for delivery, they deliver whenever they want. Ridiculous service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM NEW YORK BLOOMS!!I ordered double chocolate muffins and they sent me white cake chocolate chip muffins. When I complained, they sent me six paragraphs of verbage saying they have the right to substitute, blah blah blah. It took me 10 minutes to find it online in the mountain of paragraphs. When I went on Yelp to leave reviews out of 90 reviews, they had 80 1-star reviews. I will never buy from them again, and this is not the way to treat customers.

I ordered the double chocolate chip muffins because they are my favorite. What I received were white cake chocolate chip muffins. I called them immediately and they made me send them a photo and then I got an email back saying that they reserve the right to substitute out of stock items. It took me about 10 minutes to find that language buried in the paragraphs of information. They should have emailed me or called me to let me know that this item was out of stock and I would’ve canceled. By the way, I’ve seen this type of review in many places, they send the wrong item and give the same excuse. I will never buy from them again.

Please do not order from this company. The gift was overpriced and the gift arrived ruined. I honestly don't know if they're purchasing good reviews at this point but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a gift order. Summarizing in bullet points below: - Lied about when the gift was actually delivered (ended up being an hour after the notified time of delivery). - Deliveryman was given the wrong address by Blooms and ended up in Brooklyn rather than New Jersey. Communicated to the person receiving the gift that Blooms is always doing this to them. - The person receiving the gift did not get it until the following morning as they were asleep by the time the delivery arrived. -The gifts were poorly packed and the flowers leaked all over the chocolates as well as the wine. -The wine bottle was what I ordered but was packed in a champagne box which just proved tacky and embarrassing. -Reading the terms and conditions of this service, the company effectively claims that all information on the website is probably inaccurate and therefore they cannot be held responsible for any issue. I find this remarkable on so many levels. - Listed that the current day on the calendar would be eligible for same day delivery with no notice or sign to clarify the cut off time nor explain when to expect same-day delivery after the cut off time. Additionally listed misleading shipping guidelines between "future date you select" and "next day shipping day" . (Special Note on this one. I had to look under the specified policy to confirm that there was a cutoff time for same day delivery. I noticed that they have free same day delivery listed at the bottom of their homepage now and if I missed that, that’s on me. However, they did not have it readily available during any part of the ordering process when placing my initial order. And it’s not enough to place it in one spot or one specific policy and hope that people will locate it.) - I called the operator about the delays and they told me that I could not request a refund and the only option was to cancel. Although she was absolutely rude, I cannot consider that they have an easy time managing irate customer after irate customer for a terrible company. If you have a last minute gift, just send them flowers from your local florist or have a messenger deliver a bottle of wine. This was an embarrassment.

Don't order the flowers - pretty arrangement but poor quality. Arrived wilted although delivered only a few days after ordered. Company declined refund or a replacement order. In essence told me they don't guarantee product condition

If you're reading this review, leave now. Do not order from this company. They message fast delivery on their site. That's the first lie! I ordered Saturday, the items arrived Monday, to the right address, in the wrong city. The company called the recipient of our gift to inform her about the mistake, but said they couldn't redeliver the flowers, (presumably because they were wilted). They failed to address the bottle of Vueve Cliquot that had also been included in the order, I assume that could have still been delivered. Despite my calling and emailing, multiple times, New York Blooms has done nothing but tell me that they don't have a record of my call. I paid $218 for them to deliver to the wrong address, to know full well that they did when they called the recipient to tell her about it, and to absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. Deliver again? Nope! Credit for my purchase? Nope! They did nothing. Save yourself the potential headache and money, order from somewhere else!!!

I recently placed an order with Bloom Company for Mother's Day, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The flowers I received were wilted and not at all what I expected. Despite my excitement to surprise my mother with a beautiful bouquet, I was met with disappointment upon opening the package. The flowers were not fresh, and some were even damaged. This was especially disheartening as I had specifically chosen Bloom Company for their reputation of providing high-quality floral arrangements. To add to my frustration, I had to re-order flowers for my mother, incurring additional costs. I reached out to Bloom Company for a refund, although the process was adequate the compensation for what I paid for the flowers was half the price and not full price nor a demonstration of customer service for the inconvenience. Overall, my experience with Bloom Company for Mother's Day was far from satisfactory. I expected a beautiful arrangement to make my Mother's Day special, but instead, I was left with wilted flowers and a significant inconvenience. I hope that Bloom Company takes steps to improve their quality control and customer service to prevent similar experiences for others in the future.

Had the worst experience with this company for my mon Mother’s Day gift went on the site bought flowers, fruit, and balloons from my mother. paid the same day shipping fee was told that it would get to her office before 5 PM that day they never got there it actually took three days before my mom got her gift When she finally did get the gift it was after five. She wasn’t in the office. A friend had to pick it up for her. The flowers were brown. The fruit was bad. She didn’t receive the balloons. Customer service blamed it on the carriers. The carriers blamed it on home Office. No one took blame just a horrible experience with this company all around. I will never use them again for anything special with family members.

This place is a scam, they never delivered my order although I paid a ridiculous delivery fee. They refuse to refund me. When I contacted customer service they said it "shipped from the warehouse". It's been 3 days since the flowers were supposed to be delivered.

Flowers arrived wilted and brown, and since the box housing the flowers and macaroons was delivered upside down, all of the eatables were wet and ruined. When I contacted customer service, they stated that 2-day delivery service should have been selected by the sender. I asked what the expedited shipping would have cost and the agent stated that it would have cost $290.00 to Minnesota. Regular shipping, which was used, was $58.00, taking 4 days. Two different agents via phone and email refused to budge on any refund or replacement. PLEASE do not use this company because my darling daughter could have saved so much money by simply going through our local florist. I still can't believe that the rationale for not giving any refund was because my daughter did not spend $290 on 2-day shipping for an $80 floral bouquet. Very, very, very sad situation.

I ordered flowers and macaroons to be sent to my grandmother for her 100th birthday. In addition, the containers in the images online were beautiful and yet they arrived in what looked like small plastic takeout boxes... Lastly, I selected delivery for Friday the 23rd and they did not arrive until Monday the 26th... When I wrote the company to ask for a full refund they refused, trying to blame me for not choosing overnight shipping (still would not have fixed the fact the items where advertised in nice containers and showed up in takeout boxes you'd get from a restaurant! I will never use this company again and make sure none of my friends or family do either!! And I hope you don't either...

I’m really confused how they have any good reviews. I ordered $200 worth of product, it came damaged and horrible. I ordered flowers, they were rotten, cupcakes… broken and looked nothing like the pictures and a bottle of champagne… the champagne was the only thing not broken or rotten.

DO NOT ORDER from this company! I received stale expired truffles that had to be thrown away. It was so embarrassing and my dear friend who sent the gift was mortified. When we emailed customer service, they blamed it on the shipping method and only offered a $25 refund on a $100 basket. Chocolates can last a VERY long time when packaged properly. They do not need to be shipped overnight. Likely a poor excuse for a failed upsell by NYblooms! These truffles were not sent in an air-tight container, which is why they oxidized, it's a no-brainer. The entire experience was so disappointing that my friend requested a chargeback for the full amount from her credit card. Thankfully she will get her money back.

I will never recommend this company nor will I ever order from them. The flowers were delivered upside down and the balloon was popped. When I contacted customer service they didn’t take any accountability. This was supposed to be a special gift, unfortunately, I was embarrassed that I chose this flower company. They refuse to give a refund or make anything right. Instead they blame it on the shipping carrier and that the customer should have chosen quicker shipping. I wouldn’t send this to my worst enemy

Be wary of ordering from here if you want to actually receive the product you ordered. I specifically ordered the Old-Fashioned Oatmeal Raisin Cookies as a gift for a very dear friend. Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are his very favorite and I wanted to send them to him to show how much his friendship means to me. Come to find out, he did NOT receive Oatmeal Raisin cookies, but instead got chocolate chip cookies, which he does not eat and ended up having to give away. The entire point of the gift was completely lost. When I reached out to customer service for answers, I was told that they reserve the right to switch out items (who does this?). I was never notified of the change and would have canceled the order if I knew that the item I specifically wanted was not going to be sent. What if the receiving party had dietary restrictions or an allergy? The fact that no one reached out to say that the cookies we ordered were not available shows a flagrant disregard for their customers. The fact that I then received an email asking me to review Oatmeal Raisin Cookies that were never received shows an even further lack of communication on their end. The right hand is obviously not communicating with the left hand here. I would NOT recommend ordering from here.
