Horrible!!! I ordered for delivery with in 2 business days. I even left a third day just in case something went wrong. This was for a private function. Been a week flowers are still not here. Customer services is outsourced . It doesn't matter if it's email or on the phone they are all reading from the same resolution spec sheet. The resolution is a blanket apology no offer of resolution.
They should be embarrassed to call themselves a business. Wonder if I will ever get the flowers.
