Terrible service, I would never order from there again, much less recommend it. I wanted to please my daughter, who just turned 18, with flowers and chocolate, but it turns out the delivery was at 10 at night and the flowers were horribly dizzy and the chocolate was melted. They gave me something useless. I wrote to them by email and sent them photos to let them know about my complaint, but no one responded. Do not waste your time or money on this company, they are the worst.

Delivery arrived 3 days late, when we called they informed us it sat in a warehouse for 2 days before they delivered it. It was live plants and food... so it's obviously trash now, and they were not willing to provide any sort of relief. The customer support person wouldn't even identify themself.

i was guaranteed delivery on mother's day. i ordered it the day before. it arrived two days late. i also did not realize i was paying $80 for flowers and a bottle of yellowtail. if the wine was going to be that cheap i would have just put something together myself. customer service did not answer me regarding cancellation, order status, or refunds until after the package was delivered two days late.

Use at your own risk. I was assured a certain delivery date.....that delivery date changed by a week once the item was in transit and therefore could not be refunded. The recipients of what I thought would be a kind and thoughtful gift now will not receive it while they are happy to keep my money. A horrible experience, I wish you better luck

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, and not only did they fail to deliver on the promised date—they also missed the second delivery they rescheduled for after I contacted them. Two broken promises and zero accountability. Avoid this shop if you value reliability or customer service.

I ordered Mothers Day flowers for an important client on Thursday to be delivered to her office on Friday. I got a text at 8am that they were out for delivery. At 6pm, they were still on the truck. The office closed, and NY Blooms still think they have until 8pm on a Friday to get to a business that had since closed for the weekend. Unbelievably rude, frustrating, embarrassing, and disappointing. Never again.

They substituted the flowers without noticing me and they sent a rotten flower, super wet and broken. It smelled like fish. They refused to give me a refund or send me another flower.

Horrible!!! I ordered for delivery with in 2 business days. I even left a third day just in case something went wrong. This was for a private function. Been a week flowers are still not here. Customer services is outsourced . It doesn't matter if it's email or on the phone they are all reading from the same resolution spec sheet. The resolution is a blanket apology no offer of resolution. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a business. Wonder if I will ever get the flowers.

I ordered LOVE IN CASABLANCA mixed rose bouquet luxurious as a gift to myself for my 40th birthday and I cried when I arrived at the hotel's concierge and was handed this big bouquet of withered flowers. The paper with the message was also wet and torn. I AM NEVER NEVER EVER ordering from this company again. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a good day.

Absolutely awful. Their yelp has a 1.1 star rating and of course their google reviews aren't activated. I ordered a surprise bouquet for my friend. I coordinated with the hotel. The driver needed a room number which I wasn't told beforehand (because it's a surprise). Then I asked to wait 2 minutes and they didn't. Then I tried to get in touch for a redelivery. Finally got a hold of them the next day. Wanted to charge me $60 to redeliver. Really rude customer service based on the accent I assume it's based outside the country.

DO NOT ORDER FROM NEW YORK BLOOMS!!I I ordered from them chocolate box and shampagne . They substituted with the cheapest candies and shampagne. The order I got completely different and wrong. I paid almost hundred dollarsand they sent me Andre shampagne and wrong candies not even in the box. This is insane Costumer servise terrible, dropping calls

Ordered Tulip Bouquet to be shipped to my lady. Was given roses. My girl hates roses and now hates me. Won’t be refunded or new flowers sent because “our policy gives us the right to switch out flowers as we see fit without notice.” Thanks New York Blooms!

They never delivered on the date we scheduled. Even though they have the option to select the date for delivery, they deliver whenever they want. Ridiculous service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM NEW YORK BLOOMS!!I ordered double chocolate muffins and they sent me white cake chocolate chip muffins. When I complained, they sent me six paragraphs of verbage saying they have the right to substitute, blah blah blah. It took me 10 minutes to find it online in the mountain of paragraphs. When I went on Yelp to leave reviews out of 90 reviews, they had 80 1-star reviews. I will never buy from them again, and this is not the way to treat customers.

I ordered the double chocolate chip muffins because they are my favorite. What I received were white cake chocolate chip muffins. I called them immediately and they made me send them a photo and then I got an email back saying that they reserve the right to substitute out of stock items. It took me about 10 minutes to find that language buried in the paragraphs of information. They should have emailed me or called me to let me know that this item was out of stock and I would’ve canceled. By the way, I’ve seen this type of review in many places, they send the wrong item and give the same excuse. I will never buy from them again.

Please do not order from this company. The gift was overpriced and the gift arrived ruined. I honestly don't know if they're purchasing good reviews at this point but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a gift order. Summarizing in bullet points below: - Lied about when the gift was actually delivered (ended up being an hour after the notified time of delivery). - Deliveryman was given the wrong address by Blooms and ended up in Brooklyn rather than New Jersey. Communicated to the person receiving the gift that Blooms is always doing this to them. - The person receiving the gift did not get it until the following morning as they were asleep by the time the delivery arrived. -The gifts were poorly packed and the flowers leaked all over the chocolates as well as the wine. -The wine bottle was what I ordered but was packed in a champagne box which just proved tacky and embarrassing. -Reading the terms and conditions of this service, the company effectively claims that all information on the website is probably inaccurate and therefore they cannot be held responsible for any issue. I find this remarkable on so many levels. - Listed that the current day on the calendar would be eligible for same day delivery with no notice or sign to clarify the cut off time nor explain when to expect same-day delivery after the cut off time. Additionally listed misleading shipping guidelines between "future date you select" and "next day shipping day" . (Special Note on this one. I had to look under the specified policy to confirm that there was a cutoff time for same day delivery. I noticed that they have free same day delivery listed at the bottom of their homepage now and if I missed that, that’s on me. However, they did not have it readily available during any part of the ordering process when placing my initial order. And it’s not enough to place it in one spot or one specific policy and hope that people will locate it.) - I called the operator about the delays and they told me that I could not request a refund and the only option was to cancel. Although she was absolutely rude, I cannot consider that they have an easy time managing irate customer after irate customer for a terrible company. If you have a last minute gift, just send them flowers from your local florist or have a messenger deliver a bottle of wine. This was an embarrassment.
