“I ordered the Potted Orchids and Bear from New York Blooms as a sweet surprise for a loved one, and while it was a thoughtful gift, it had a few shortcomings. The orchid itself was lovely, but it seemed a bit smaller than expected. The teddy bear was soft and cute, adding a nice touch, but I felt the overall presentation could have been a bit more polished. Delivery was on time, but the tracking updates were minimal, which made me a little anxious. It was a nice gift, but with better quality control and a little more care in packaging, it could have been perfect!”

“I was really excited to try New York Blooms after seeing their wide range of floral arrangements online. The website is super easy to navigate, and I loved the 'Occasion' filter—it made it really simple to find the perfect bouquet for my mom’s birthday. The bouquet I ordered was beautiful, and the flowers themselves were fresh, but when they arrived, some of the petals were slightly damaged. The packaging could have been better; the bouquet wasn’t as well protected as I’d hoped. I contacted customer service using their online form, and the representative was polite. I was hoping for a bit more proactive help or a quicker resolution, but overall, the flowers were still nice, even if the experience was a bit underwhelming.”

“I ordered a bouquet from New York Blooms for my best friend’s birthday, and while the flowers were lovely, the delivery was delayed by two days. The roses were fresh and smelled amazing, but by the time they arrived, the surprise factor was lost. I contacted customer service, and while they were polite, they couldn’t offer much beyond an apology. The packaging was nice, and the bouquet itself was well put together, but the timing issue was frustrating. I might give them another try, but only if they improve their delivery service.”

“I ordered a floral arrangement from New York Blooms, but the experience was not perfect. The flowers were lovely, but the Red Vibrancy Box Rose Set didn’t look as full as it did in the picture online. Additionally, the delivery took longer than expected, and I had trouble tracking my order. Customer service was slow to respond, which added to the frustration. While the quality of the flowers was decent, the overall experience left me feeling a bit disappointed.”
