The website is super easy to navigate, and I loved the 'Occasion' filter—it made it really simple to find the perfect bouquet for my mom’s birthday. The bouquet I ordered was beautiful, and the flowers themselves were fresh, but when they arrived, some of the petals were slightly damaged. The packaging could have been better; the bouquet wasn’t as well protected as I’d hoped. I contacted customer service using their online form, and the representative was polite. I was hoping for a bit more proactive help or a quicker resolution, but overall, the flowers were still nice, even if the experience was a bit underwhelming.
